## How a managed project works

1. **Tell us about the study.** Two minutes: who you need, how many, and by when.
2. **A call with a senior researcher.** Someone with 15+ years in academic and market research checks the study is doable and points out what's likely to break before you spend anything.
3. **A plan and a fixed quote.** Sample, quotas, countries, timeline and price, in writing. You decide from there.
4. **Your survey, ready for fieldwork.** Bring your own survey tool, or build it with us in SampleLabs. We review the length, the screening questions and the logic.
5. **Recruitment and fieldwork.** 1,000 to 5,000 responses a week, depending on how specific the audience is.
6. **Every answer checked, clean data delivered.** Each response is checked for speeding, straight-lining, bots and AI-written answers. You see what we removed and why, and you only pay for attentive, complete responses. Analysis and a write-up are an optional add-on.
