## How Analyse works

1. **Open your survey's results.** Open the Results tab in the builder. The charts fill in as people answer.
2. **Choose which responses to show.** See the responses that passed, everyone, or only the ones that were screened out, each with the reason it was flagged.
3. **Take the results with you.** Download a CSV, or copy any chart as an image for your slides or report.

## Questions people ask

### How do I see my survey's results?

Open the Results tab in the builder. Summary shows a chart per question, All responses shows every response in a table, and Recordings has the session replays.

### Which charts do I get?

Pick-one questions get a donut you can switch to bars, pick-several questions get bars, grids get stacked rows and NPS gets its score with promoters and detractors. Open answers show their most used words next to the answers. A timeline shows when responses came in.

### Do bots and flagged responses show up in my charts?

No. Charts show the responses that passed the checks. Switch to Everyone or Screened out to look at the rest, each with the reason it was flagged, like "Clicked by a script". https://samplelabs.io/how-we-check-for-ai

### Can I download my data?

Yes. Download a CSV with every response that counts. Turned-away responses are left out, and rushed ones are labelled Rushed next to any bot flags, so you decide whether to keep them.

### Can I watch how someone answered?

Yes. The Recordings tab plays back how each person went through the survey. Anything people type is hidden before it leaves their browser, and recordings are deleted after 30 days.

### Can I put a chart in my report?

Yes. Copy any chart as an image, or download it as a picture, ready for slides or a report.

### Are the charts readable for people with colour blindness?

Yes. The 6 chart colours were chosen to stay apart for the common kinds of colour blindness, and every bar and slice keeps a text label.
