How a managed project works.
-
Tell us about the study
Two minutes: who you need, how many, and by when.
-
A call with a senior researcher
Someone with 15+ years in academic and market research checks the study is doable and points out what's likely to break before you spend anything.
-
A plan and a fixed quote
Sample, quotas, countries, timeline and price, in writing. You decide from there.
-
Your survey, ready for fieldwork
Bring your own survey tool, or build it with us in SampleLabs. We review the length, the screening questions and the logic.
-
Recruitment and fieldwork
1,000 to 5,000 responses a week, depending on how specific the audience is.
-
Every answer checked, clean data delivered
Each response is checked for speeding, straight-lining, bots and AI-written answers. You see what we removed and why, and you only pay for attentive, complete responses. Analysis and a write-up are an optional add-on.
Trusted with studies that matter.
A few of the projects our team has run.
SurveySwap is a real life saver! Our project with P&G would have went down the drain if it wasn’t for the expertise and guidance of the SurveySwap team.
Questions buyers ask.
- What goes in the methods note?
- The sample size, who took part, the fieldwork dates, the quotas and how answers were checked: the line journalists look for under a survey stat.
- Whose name goes on the survey?
- Your client's, or yours. We can stay out of it, or be named as the fieldwork partner in the methods note.
- Can you check our questions?
- Yes. On the call we point out questions that push people towards an answer. Journalists spot those too.
- What does a fully managed survey project include?
- A senior researcher reviews your study first. Then we plan the sample, recruit, run fieldwork, check every answer and deliver clean data. Analysis and reporting are optional.
- How much does a managed survey project cost?
- Most projects start around €3,000 for 2,000 or more responses. The price depends on the audience, the survey length and the deadline. You get a fixed quote after the call, and you only pay for attentive, complete responses.
- How fast can you collect survey responses?
- 1,000 to 5,000 responses a week, depending on how specific the audience is. Put your deadline on the form and we'll tell you on the call whether it's realistic.
- Can you reach niche or B2B audiences?
- Yes: specific jobs and industries, people with specific health conditions, or representative samples with quotas. If an audience can't be reached in your time frame, we say so before you pay anything.
- Which countries can you recruit in?
- More than 130 countries, in one project or across several.
- Can I use my own survey tool?
- Yes. Keep the tool you already use, or build the survey in SampleLabs and we'll set it up with you.
- How do you keep bots and AI-written answers out?
- Every response goes through Protect's checks for bots, duplicates, rushing and AI-written text before it counts. We show you what we removed and why.
- What if I need fewer than 2,000 responses?
- Use Recruit: pick the size and the audience and pay online, with no call needed.
- Who is behind SampleLabs?
- The team behind SurveySwap, used by more than 25,000 companies and 3,000 universities to collect responses.
